Last week the Best Western Boulder Inn completed installation of photovoltaic panels that will produce 28,694 kWh of electricity annually, providing approximately 25% of the hotel’s overall electrical needs.
Other green practices carried out by the Boulder Inn include dual flush toilets, single stream recycling throughout the hotel, and the use of environmentally friendly cleaning products.
As the conference hotel, the Boulder Inn is offering a block of rooms at a discounted rate of $104 plus tax for one king-sized bed and $114 plus tax for two queen-sized beds.
